The purpose of the Color Guard is to preserve and present the American flag. The Color Guard is led and trained by the Battalion SGM. JROTC cadets present the American Flag at opening ceremonies such as school football games and special events. Additionally, community organizations can request a color guard for special meetings and Veterans Day ceremonies. Cadets can also compete at a District Color guard competition.
